Remembrance Service at Sea

On Friday 28th April 1944 Exercise Tiger commenced in preparation of the D-Day landings to liberate occupied Europe. The exercise became a disaster with 637 US Servicemen losing their lives.
This short film and 'Special Remembrance Service at Sea' honours those who lost their lives in the name of freedom.
